Application Inclusions

• Applications should be in writing and consider the guidelines set out above.
• There is no prescribed application form, however an application can be made via the website.
• All applications should clearly set out the purpose for which the funds will be applied, detailing what the funds will contribute towards, or be used for.
• Applications can be applied for at any time but will be considered quarterly at each Trustee meeting.
• All applications should provide contact referees. In the case of institutions, proof of existence should be provided.
• National organisations will need to demonstrate that funds will be applied in the Canterbury region.
• Applications from individuals will need to demonstrate how the funds will be applied for the benefit of a child or children.

Place conditions on funding, where appropriate.
Publish all distributions if they choose to do so.
